• The plant manager is responsible forthe business of the plant which means that s/he leads the local organization.The plant manager performs disciplinary leadership to all ofhis/her employees and runs the daily operations for all functions within theplant.
• The plant manager Acting as 1st levelof escalation and key contact for Central Functions.
• Furthermore s/he monitors the launchpreparation for new projects (according to current RAMP guidelines) andprepares plant for launch of new products/processes.
• While the plant manager is responsiblefor the business of the plan, the plant network manager is responsible for thebusiness of the whole plant network. The plant managers report functionally tothe plant network manager.
• The plant manager takes care that allstandards and instructions are followed. He gives a major contribution to theresult of internal and external audits in the plant.
• Ensureimplementation and compliance with the Company standards and local legal requirements.
• Contributeto improvement of standards in alignment with Central Functions.
• Beingaware of CM/profitability by product and foster respective improvement measuresand profitability enhancement.
• Achievingdefined KPIs.
• Manufacturingcosts (incl. all functional costs, investments/amortization, Personnel costs,general site costs).
• ​Leadershipof local plant/ Development of employees.

Requirements

• Technical / economical
• Bachelor, graduate engineer /technician. Not needed, Equivalent experience accepted.
• English Language speaker
